Harpd Credits
Harpd Credits are prepaid, closed-loop service credits for eligible first-party Harpd digital services. One Credit currently costs one US dollar. Available packages are 10, 50, 100, 500, and 1,000 Credits; current package pricing is shown before checkout.
Restrictions
Credits are integer units. They cannot be transferred, resold, withdrawn, redeemed for cash, or used outside Harpd. They do not generate interest and are not an investment, cryptocurrency, or financial asset.
Accounts and services
A Harpd account is required. Service Credit costs are shown before confirmation and may change prospectively. Credits already used for a completed service are not returned merely because a ranking cycle or entitlement period ends.
Refunds and reversals
Credits purchases are generally non-refundable and non-transferable, except where required by applicable law or for confirmed duplicate or unauthorized charges. Processor refunds, chargebacks, or disputes may remove unused Credits. If the associated Credits were already used, Harpd may restrict paid service usage while the account is reviewed.
Expiration
Credits do not currently expire automatically. If an expiration policy is introduced, Harpd will provide the required notice and update these terms before enabling it.
